Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or engaging Triple Crown Construction Services for any services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our website or services.

Services

Triple Crown Construction Services provides excavation, grading, retaining wall construction, demolition, and related heavy machinery contracting services for residential and commercial clients. All services are subject to availability and may vary based on project requirements, site conditions, and applicable regulations.

Project Agreements

All construction projects require a separate written agreement that outlines the specific scope of work, timeline, costs, and other project details. These Terms & Conditions supplement but do not replace individual project contracts. In the event of a conflict, the project agreement shall prevail.

Payment Terms

Payment schedules and terms will be outlined in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise specified, invoices are due within thirty days of issuance. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted by Arizona state law. We reserve the right to suspend work on any project with outstanding balances.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Triple Crown Construction Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to our services or this website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

Warranties

Triple Crown Construction Services stands behind the quality of our work. Specific warranty terms will be detailed in individual project agreements. This website and its content are provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

SMS & Email Messaging Terms

  • To opt out of SMS messages at any time, reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. You will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive text messages from us.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement in accordance with the terms specified in that agreement. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our website at any time without notice. Upon termination, all completed work and materials delivered remain subject to the payment obligations outlined in the project agreement.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
